I am hosting a group of folks at an out of town hotel in Elk Grove, Ca. Take out pizza is our food de jour the first night. That way folks can hang out, socialize and stay at the gaming table (we are a bunch of wargamers). Came up early Friday to scout out local pizza restaraunts to sample thier fare and inquire about delivery times. I didn't have to go no further than the Mountain Man Mikes on Bruceville Road. The small pepperoni and mushroom pizza was hot, fresh and tasted great. Delivery time would be 45 minutes after I placed my order. The next day (Sat) everything went as expected from placing the order to delivery. The group thoroughly enjoyed the pizza (2x lg Everest (combo), 1x lg. Mt. Veggiemore, 1x lg pepperoni & mushroom). Comments of "great pizza" came from multiple folks plus a lot of thumbs up. Thank you Bruceville Mt. Man Mike pizza.

Love the pizza. All the right toppings in just the right ratios. The crust is divine (original). Red sauce is great. The only downside(s) are the online ordering platform, which is just maddening. And the cost. But it's worth it every once in a while.

8211 bruceville rd the best mountain mikes to go to they have the best service and customer service here they help u well the food taste delicious and right this the best place to watch the game and drink beer and eat all can pizza come and try and enjoy

It was a Saturday, around 2pm when my son and I popped in for a late lunch. If you're an introvert, this is the time/place to go, cause the place was absolutely empty. We were the only ones there and it was soooo quiet. No music, no tv volume, just silence. I played some music on my phone to break the silence. But if you prefer a quiet place, hey, go enjoy it. The pizza was great though and our beer was nice and cold . Next time though, we'll probably pick someplace a little more lively.
